Project Process
Students will be divided into group of at most 5
Students are to take on individual roles within their groups with the overall outcome of winning the big against their classmates to contract the next World’s Fair
Progress Tracking
Students will need to make a Google Doc, shared with their teachers, and update the Google Doc with the groups progress, as well as individual progress
The Google Doc should include a sort of narrative of what resources they have used, what information they found, and their projected use of the information
Winning the Bid
Upon completion of their projects, students will present to a small group of teachers and peers
Their presentation is one of a persuasive nature, and should include a minimum of one visual aid (aerial map)
Each student should speak briefly in terms of their effort in the overall contract pitch (e.g. math should talk about revenue earned, science should talk about technologies used, etc.)
